FAQ FAQ also know as frequently asked questions. The thing is, I often get the same mails over and over again, I know this FAQ won't keep people from asking these but probably the one or other may find this interesting. All these questions were actually asked by either friends or people passing by my sites, finding the contact form. Do you sell anything made by you? Yes I do sell my things at my very tiny personal online store called kyaaa.biz if you like you can drop by and get something made by me especially for you. Can I take your images (artwork)? Well, the things is ... I cannot do anything powerful against people taking my work but as long as it's just for their own pleasure only, I can live with it. However it is not allowed to publish my work on other websites without my written permission. It is also not allowed to manipulate my work like removing the watermarks, color over it etc. and feature them anywhere then. I have been ripped very often - that means people took my work and published it as theirs. Also I experienced people copying my art which is the most painful way to experience that someone likes what I do. It hurts every artist so me as well. I appreciate the enthusiasm but for the moment I'd like to keep track of where my art goes and I ask kindly to respect my copyright. Thank you very much. What's your inspiration? Basically I draw my inspration out of anything. Emotions, words, my weird thoughts (I have plenty of them), a flower flying by my window. ... Inspiration is truly everywhere, I can't give you a simple satisfying answer for that question. Inspiration is one of the most amazing and unexplainable things I came across so far. Do you ever sleep? I get asked this question very often with regard to what I am capable to do within one single day. The answer is: I don't very often actually. I have a serious sleeping disorder that keeps me from sleeping regularily. I truly have tried anything but nothing works. Over the years I managed to live with it most of the time; sometimes better sometimes worse. I always try to use my insomnia in a productive way, that is why I get so many things done. Sometimes it's scary that I still can concentrate so well even without sleeping for such a long time but somehow it works. How did you create this website? I created this website like I create all of my sites. With a lot of patience, time, cappuccino, music, inspiration and last but not least Photoshop and the plain old simple text editor. I do have a rough concept in my head when I start but I do not make a preparatory drawing or something, I play around a lot until the result suits my wishes. What programs do you use? For layouts and designs I use Photoshop 7.o. I really got used to it and love the program very much. Digital art is enhanced with my lovely A4 Wacom tablet. For html and php coding I do not use any program, it's all inside my head, so I simply open the plain editor and type, that's it. Can you teach me html or php or using photoshop? Oh I am a bad teacher, really, because I am way to impatient ... nah, just kidding, I cannot teach you because you cannot teach html or php via email or chat. It simply does not work, I can help you, if you have a simple question but if you seriously want to study html, just buy a book (the thing with pages) or use online tutorials, there are really great ones out there, I could never explain it that well.
